Awful court system. This man should never drive again.
It's a combination of laws & guidance provided judges. I agree that we're in dire need of getting & keeping drivers under the influence of whatever off our roads.
Republican judges don’t care about citizens just the ones with money
Its Indiana. Any republican can do what they want.
Welcome to liberal america, pal.
@@tbessy1963…it’s not just indiana, california is in there too.
How do the courts explain allowing this uncaring dangerous drunk to keep his licence after 10 arrests and 19 suspended licenses???😮
There is no possible excuse for this!
How this happened is the man has money enough to pay for attorneys and get special privilege$$ if he was a poor man he'd be locked up in jail after my wedding his fourth drunk driving probation it's a five-year prison sentence
Gotta keep their golf buddies outta jail
who are too good to call Uber!
Revoke his license??? That won't stop him from drinking or driving SMH!!! Nor will him killing someone
5:05 "...there's intermittent times i might have a drink, but certainly not WHILE driving."
What a maroon.
They should get 2 chances. You get caught 1 time, you get one more chance. You get caught again, you go to jail and are never allowed to drive again. Ever. There is no excuse. Not in the days of Uber and Lift. I don't want to hear it. If someone is that selfish they don't deserve to put others in danger. They lose that privilege.
Absolutely
A gal I went to HS with is a judge. She gives 90 days on the FIRST offense!!!
50 years ago was my (3rd) third Non-Violent/Victimless DUI ... (Simple pullover arrests!)
All three offenses were VOID OF VICTIM, INCIDENT, ACCIDENT, and DAMAGED PARTY.
After serving (6) years as a front-line Marine during the Iranian crisis (1979), (Before having a wife, children, and grandchildren) returning to civilian life (Honorable Discharge) was difficult...
After 50 years as a prohibited person can the Bruen decision help this 67-year-old Marine regain his gun right for family and home protection?
When DUI arrests have NO victim, NO incident, NO accident, and NO damaged party, the 2nd Amendment "Right/Privilege" should never be "eternally abrogated"!
- USMC (Semper Fidelis) SGT E-5 (5811)
They have ruled non violent offenders have a 2nd amendment right.
But they would charge you and youd have to fight in court.
You know laws aren't made to protect people.
Theyvare to restrict people.@@turtletruth
This is unbelievable 🤦
Republican judges don’t care about citizens just the ones with money
Time to sue judges for allowing things like this. Not the county or city.
Abolish qualified, judicial and prosecuratorial immunity then yeah.
Dude has a driving record like Mr. Toad.
Republican judges don’t care about citizens just the ones with money
Absolutely the fault of the "prosecutors" office and judges. Also blame lands on the mayor for allowing the DA's office to be this stupid and inept.
This is the difference between the public defender and private counsel.
He should be in jail, a year for every time he drives Drunk!
Republican judges don’t care about citizens just the ones with money
I think they’re waiting for him to hurt someone.
Thank you for doing this story!
Dude was born with natural police qualified immunity.
You see it
Ask your mother.
Probably a cop
@@jukeboxjuice-li8fbit's your mother that services him.
Why you talking smack.
What's your name and badge number cat daddy
This man is obviously very wealthy because you can tell he’s extremely tan which means he’s out every day he doesn’t have to work, and it doesn’t look like he’s worked in decades, but yet he has plenty of money for a really good attorneys to keep him out of jail so I would imagine that he inherited a shit load of money and he’s just drinking his life away
Rich priveledge but yet somehow wanted to include us all in some ignorant weird plan to get away with actual people harming crimes.
DAMM
Drunks Against Mad Mothers
Why is anyone wondering why this guy is not in jail. It's obvious!
Hmm . . . 2 guesses?
Republican judges don’t care about citizens just the ones with money
😂 if you gonna say cause he white youre a. Wrong and b. A bigot. There are plenty of bodycam vids of darks who have a BUNCH of duis. One had 8. So you can save your breath.
WHAT !! There's a young lady i know doing one year in jail right now for her third DUI oooh the ------ privilege the usual suspects ...simply insane
Complexion for protection
Was that in a red city or state

100%
Money means everything. It fixes any problem.
There is no way he should still have any driving permissions. That's just crazy
Money can get a person out of a lot of of trouble
He needs to be in jail until he doesn't want to drink any longer, I lost my license for a DUI 26 years ago, I haven't driven but kept drinking for another 2 years, Then was arrested for a warrant because I didn't pay the fine from the original DUI, I haven't had a drink in over 24 years , I never want to spend 1 second in jail , That is what's kept me sober , He is apparently an alcoholic and needs to be supervised to protect him from hurting others for his bad judgement, If he gets stopped in Calif, he will go to jail and stay their for a log time
If we keep letting this man out of jail so he can drive drunk again, who’s the dummy here? An alcoholic is going to drink and make bad decisions.
What happened to three strikes and your out
Republican judges don’t care about citizens just the ones with money
Is he the drunk that killed eight people on that bus, not yet?
Are they waiting for him to hurt someone?
And he shows up to court in shorts. Judge Judy would have a field trip on this old guy.
Who’s vehicle is he driving?
Maybe they could tattoo Do Not Serve on his forehead.
Obviously the government is letting us deal with him on our own terms.
It's his state's legislature & governor for failing to pass meaningful bills.
Sober is sober there are not more than one definitions for this word/idea
Excellent investigation and reporting.
In a different state a 9 time DUI convict recently but a life sentence. What excuse can a court system possibly have for allowing someone to get 10 DUIs?
I know a guy who had 15. He got paroled and was caught again. South Dakota gave him 15 to life for his 16th.
Washington state has the same problem.
You can thank the liberal judge!
You can thank a tRUMP stooge judge!
each state has their own laws but rarely is there a mandatory minimum sentence. if you want stricter laws and sentences, contact your state lawmakers and demand them. Judges and DA's have way too much discretion when handing out punishments.
And who is he paying off?
Its obvious why he gets away with it.
10 DWI thats insane. Needs to go to jail
It’s eye’s not head’s ‼️
For anyone who does not believe in White Privilege, play this video again and again.
Not white privileged - $$$ privileged. I’m white and would never get away with that. ✌️❤️🇨🇦
I presented a series of seminars about drunk driving and recidivism for a local drunk driving rehab course. It happened regularly that attendees (attendance is mandatory / court-mandated) were no-shows because in the 7 days since last week's seminar, they got caught driving drunk while under suspension for the previous DUI. In my seminars, I researched one guy in New Zealand who was charged 23 times. Recidivists don't respond to 'normal' consequences. Even when their girlfriend (eg) is with them and OK to drive, they'll still get behind that wheel, license or not, drunk or not.
So now instead of putting an alcohol ignition lock on any car he uses he wont have one and now will just drive his cars whenever he wants. You really showed him...
He needs permanent revocation of his driver’s license and a considerable amount of time in prison, where he can be mandated to have AODA treatment. He is a serious public safety issue!
Selfish and reckless behavior often persists until a tragedy occurs. It seems like an ever-present danger, yet somehow, he must have a guardian angel watching over him.
P.S. I'm aware of several individuals who continue to drink and drive. It infuriates me as well. Despite the warnings, they still choose to drive while intoxicated.
Should be 1 year in jail for 1st offense…
Revoke his driving license forever and let him use public transport service or a pushbike. What a pathetic country.
After working for a high dollar lawyer, it’s about money,if you can hire the best, you go free. Look at what has been happening nationally, the rich and powerful delay or circumvent justice
Good for this news crew
He should never have a license ever again. Period. Ridiculous, he has money so he keeps buying his way out of it.
It’s not who you know, it’s who you, well you know.
There is no criminal justice system, it's all about the money, pay bail, go free, pay fines and continue on your way. Get caught without a license, pay bail, go free, pay fines and continue on your way. BS and more BS, no justice anywhere.
If you have enough money, you can get away with anything
Hasn’t hurt anyone YET
Needs to go to jail
where does his money come from?
He needs 10 years of jail.. nothing else
Lawyers just love these people................
And if you think being white in America doesn't have its perks.
This turd needs a stiff prison sentence. The courts yet again are grossly failing the people.
It would be worth a follow up to film him driving which he most certainly will.
Ask his neighbors if they will agree to have security cameras fitted facing his driveway.
It would be in their best interest as they are at risk of being hurt by this man.
Why is Anyone even allowed to operate a vehicle with ANY amount of alcohol in their systen Nationwide?
Oh I'm being told it's about money... of course it is.
Because he has money, period
It is not about public safety it's about money
You can do the crime if you can pay the fine .
Who is he,follow the money.
Imagine how many times this addict has not been caught in relation to how many times he has been caught, it boggles my mind. SMDH
Any lawyer the defends drunk drivers is skim. Period.
Can tell this is not a FOX station, the women are brutal
Justice system is just plain doesn't give a darn about public safety no way should anyone get 10 dwi or those with 40 felonies is just ridiculous. They won't care unless it's their family who winds up the victims

Please don't drink and drive it's not worth it .
Come on….what’s a little drink here and there? And stop signs….they’re just a suggestion, right?
Wth is wrong with these dumb states in the south? My buddy got a second DUI and couldn't start his truck without blowing in it for 5 years. And he only had 2 duis.
Everything to this guy is no big deal he's long past the point of leniency and his lawyer blaming the prosecution for his clients behavior is laughable... keep an eye on him he won't stop what he's doing til somebody gets hurt or worse his license being suspended hasn't stopped him since the 90's and it won't stop him now
He doesn't care...look at his outfit in court
Dui is good BUISNESS. Why wouldn't they allow repeat offenders? Duh
If this isn't a classic example of "money talks" then I don't know what is!
What this investigative team needs to do is look into the finances of all of the court and BMV personnel... I bet you will find large deposits that correlate with this drunks court dates!
If it were an average bear they'd be serving time by now!
Way to go legal system, it's only a matter of time before a crying mom is before a judge asking why... 🙄
Kudos to the tipster
This news report is going to be a problem for him lol
Public transit? Addiction services? Na.
What about the laws around selling it? What about the laws for availability? What about laws to limit industrial scale drug manufacturing?
We've always known it was a destroyer, yet place All the blame on a victim. You can't walk a city block without seeing a colt .45 sign and you can't go to any sports without seeing budweiser. Grocery stores have an 8 foot cube, four pallets of booze at the door. Every gas station sells fireball at the counter.
We are not informed consumers making educated decisions, were pleasure and addiction driven animals being manipulated for profit.
The whole subject disgusts me, close all manufacturing down but let people brew for Home consumption.
And stop denaturing. Stop intentionally adding posion because you get more taxes/profit.

Hate to say it but what would have happened if he had been a black youth, rather than a grey haired white man!
Tell that to the Mother that lost her 3 youngest children that him her and her teenagers head on by a drunk driver Mrs Simmons her page I think her page is called the Simmons3. She lost two teen girls and her teenage son only her and her son’s girlfriend survived barely.

Gray haired party dude
Is that Harlan Crow financial purchaser of Uncle Thomas?
You are making no sense
