Hi, in my first trimester i was facing the same issue, then dr suggested to me take iron reach vegetables and take 2 tablets per day, and my mother in law suggested to take jAggery with pure Ghee, now my HB level is good by God grace.
Yes you may have problem in future during delivery because of this you may suffer from blood loss...
Pls increase your HB level.
