Don't they have to have house and senate's approval? Given how many MAGA's are in the GOP house majority, I am doubtful. It will certainly get some unethical scotus behavior to (more light) out there. That can be tremendously beneficial. If we get a dem congress, they will be successful.

The conservative judges on the supreme court, need to be more clear with what the information is, instead of just causing a lot of confusion. This case has nothing to do with presidential duties.

During Covid, I was watching a lot of intuitives tarot readings, and all of them were getting extremely confusing and strange readings. Why is the Supreme Court ruling on immunity retroactive? Most laws are enforced on ‘future’ acts not things that occurred in the past.
Because, bass-ack-wards is an act of “truth” in their self-sealing worldview.

Is the immunity retroactive to cases decided before the this order? Is the immunity for a President's acts he did before becoming president?
This absurdity is maddening.
Logic would say that a crime committed as “private citizen tRump” would not qualify for immunity. 🤞Glenn Kirschner agrees with Marchan delaying sentencing. He needs to make sure no statement violates the Supreme Court ruling. But the end result, the affair happened before becoming president, the payments, issued from the office while in the White House, would not constitute official presidential duties therefore not protected by the immunity. However, the use of logic and tRump in the same sentence seems nonsensical.

Imho there is one aspect of this situation that is being overruled- COMMON SENSE! No amount of appeals can overturn what a JURY OF TWELVE PEERS found to be beyond a reasonable doubt. Why does common sense also have to be appealed and litigated?!?!?🤦🏽♀️😵🤯😠 I will still have faith that justice/karma will be served somehow to all the conspirators, I just hope it will be in my lifetime 🙏🏽🇺🇸

Really appreciate you doing these readings, I know they are mentally and emotionally draining for you and you are sacrificing yourself to help us all get through this. You are so honest and we really need that right now. Partly what I don't understand, if the EXTREME Court just came up with this bs immunity ruling, why should that effect past rulings/decisions/convictions? I mean if someone was arrested for speeding and a few months later (or 2+ years later) they decide to change the speed limit, isn't that person still liable for breaking the law that was in effect at that time??
If there is another trial getting people to sit on the jury will be really difficult.
