I'll say first that 311 is my favorite band of all time and everything they do will be special. Having said that, I just have to say - the two songs I've heard from this album so far give me real hope that this could be the album that I (and some fans) have been waiting for for a really long time. As a huge fan, I appreciate everything you guys put out and it all gets ample bump time on various soundsystems within QTR's house, vehicle, devices, etc. I think there's masterpieces on all of the last few albums, but they've missed a certain push to make them favorites among the whole discography. Feldmann is a master craftsman and also one of my favorites - though he is punk through and through he has a tinge of pop sensibility that I think brings something fresh to these two singles from Mosaic - I notice melody where there would sometimes be a little mundane droning or semi-contrived sounding singing (I really mean this in the nicest way). The sound is 311 through and through - it takes the best of your hip hop, the best of your punk, the best of your pop - like the best styles of all of my favorite songs so far - all combined. But it doesn't lack maturity - this is a sound that you guys wouldn't have produced in 1995. Point is, something caught my ear with this album - you've always been the best, but hope you guys take it to the next level. Hoping for the best thing since Soundsystem. Sorry for the giant rant, I'm just really excited. Sending positivity not only to the band, but to the fans who are equally as awesome!

311 never disappoint me, I´ve been a fan for long and they always give me goosebumps.
I notice that latest generation fan are always complaining about the latest album they release, those, do not understand the musically evolution 311 have been achieving every album they release. 311 makes music to keep the old and new fans, taking into account what ours ears get used to over time. I mean soft sounds without leaving behind the positive vibes.

@@tonster_9752 I still got goosebumps and iration was fucking amazing also. And first band decent but that energy they had to do a encore and after that crowd hung around just going nuts. I've never seen anything like it. I booked my ass to car though after encore and was first out lol
@@s0ldier898 Lmao thats a good feel, Im not sure how i felt about Iration, seemed a bit too basic for me IMO, I missed most of Iya Terra, but caught the end of it and I kind of wish I got to hear them more because their bass sound was insane. I was 7th row up in the Wilmington NC show. Absolutely amazing.
@@tonster_9752 I only saw them cause I didn't know there were opening bands lol. Yeah they impressed me and I did notice there bassist. I was really digging iration until they played 3 cover songs. But I did really enjoy 3 songs. Can't believe it took me 26 years to finally see 311. I'm def going to 311day now!

Keep it up guys, i remember getting suspended in school in the fifth grade, it was a 5th/6th grade school dance and everyone got to bring in a CD and put it on the dj's table and he took requests, Down and All mixed up got played and i got kicked out! :P Love 311, and love the new music. One bada$$ band that has truly taken on the test of time and music evolution.
I first heard this song the night i found out my brother passed away from a horrible motorcycle accident. This song will forever be my little brothers last ride.
