It takes a lot of grease to keep it running, overhead, payroll, utilities, machinery & tooling, material purchase/payment, etc. If sales don’t stay stable it collapses and with so much competition prices are slow to climb to stay competitive.

This kinda takes the fun out of “handmade” cabinets. These are hand assembled...
Business needs come before fun
Honestly the term "hand made" isn't a well thought out saying... Most people consider "hand made" to be just made by a small business, or made by Amish or something. But "hand made" has no affect on the quality.

You you have to have Automation To pump out consistency and quality you’d reduce the human error. Most cabinet shops Are turning to this method.
Lot of people working without ear and mouth protection
The factory has an incredible dust collection system along with daily cleanup protocols do that most areas are not very dusty at all. Many areas are also not significantly noisy and normal conversation is possible.
This made me sad watching these prisoners working in this labor camp...
