    I was asked how I stay so slim at work while eating more than everybody, and I realized that:

    I have a stainless steel wok spatula that I got off Amazon that is highly rated. I have a problem with it where food always sticks to the front and back of the spatula when I’m stirring.
    I have “learned” my wok really well at this point that I know how to cook without having food stick to it for the most part. I can’t figure out how to keep the food from sticking to the spatula though. Any tips?
