HI Tak, thank you for sharing the whole process of how you do a stir fry. I am still not very good at using my stainless steel wok but this was very helpful. One question - after you've turned off the heat to cook the chicken, do you turn the heat back on to low, medium, or high heat to cook the rest of the stir fry?
