Ive been going down the same rabbit hole with offroad led lights. I went with a diode dynamics SS5, a 3 position switch on amazone and a Skene Designs programmable dimmer. I can swap it between off , 20% and 100% and the output is comparable to a full size light bar.
I like the style of the xxx’s light and the functionality of the 3 setting switch compared to my stock mx4 light but I would probably buy a gritshift light instead
The headlight gives much more of an oem look. Looks like an actual headlight where all the others just look like a light bar that every jeep slaps on the hood.
I live in downtown Stockholm, and want to get out of the city more and so came here to look for what e bike moped is the right one.. I think both distance, time of charging, the overall quality and that one feel is serious fun to ride matters to me.. I am thinking of getting this bike, i am mostly doing street rides with maybe some small trail rides, would the xxx be the best one, I don’t really think I would be doing upgrades, and I heard the xxx performs better than stock Surron X, what do you guys think?
Also does the direct mount stem prevent the front end from twisting? I’ve seen a few videos where peeps wreck and the front end twists on these but I can’t tell if it’s the actual forks or just the crap stock stem
It’s more rigid because the xxx does not have an actual suspension linkage like a surron does so the rear shock actuates in a different way and won’t ever feel as plush as a suspension design with a linkage.
I’m sure aftermarket battery manufacturers will be able to squeeze more cells into the same size case and get more range/voltage. It will just take time
So those Shinkos should fit fine on the stock 17 inch rims but do I need new tubes? Are there tubes in the street tires it comes with? And what length chain do you use if you're putting the 3.00 Shinko on the back but keeping the stock 48 rear sprocket? 110 seems too long for that.
Question i have is, does it fit inside a regular sized trunk? On a sedan ? If you take the wheels off maybe? Or do you need an suv or a bike rack? I just want to go to santa monica when i get one and it’s too far to ride from my house. I could take both wheels off if it helps. Thanks in advance
What bike do you like more if you had to choose one mx4 or x3? I will mod either bike to the fullest potential the $1,500 difference in my opinion is a wash.
Then for sure get the sting R! It has way more upgrades available. The xxx is for the people that want a good bike out of the box and aren’t interested in doing a huge build.
It would be great to go into some suspension adjustments and limits on the xxx. I have one and front seems so soft. Do you know if these forks run oil or are they air? If air, does the red side have an air valve that pressure could be added to stiffen up?
If it is air, which most likely it would be, I’m not 100% sure though because I own a SURRON it would be on the bottom of the fork either on the right or the left side and it’s like a little nipple, or whatever and I believe you just like twist off the let’s call it a valve cap and Wood pump it up to the correct psi from there
You guys said that the geo get skewed with out a 19 up front. I was wondering the width of that 19 rim so I could just get away with buying a rim tire and tube so could avoid the extra $400 dollar wheel set since I would still like to use the super motos? Thx

What does the stem lock do? My sons mx3 has dnm forks and they seem to have alot of flex and twist in them, sometimes after riding offroad, the handlebars are offset and it s not the actual handlebars that are off. It looks like the forks have moved. Would the stem lock stiffen then up by any chance?
Unfortunately the stem lock won’t fix dnm forks, we used to have the dnm forks and they are just a very flexy fork and we had the same issue every ride! Upgrading to another fork would be the fix.

Can I please get a link to the wheels and tubes?
What black chain should I get for the stock xxx? Thx
amzn.to/437f5nf This is the one, you'll need to have a chain breaker to cut it to the right length. Thanks for watching
What’s the chain length? For the bigger 52rear sprocket?
Sorry not sure 🤔 we ended up selling our Xxx to a buddy since we are always testing bikes and don’t need to many around
I ment to ask you guys, did you stick with 17 rims or did you go up? I thought about trying the 21 inch doing like a 21/19 or something but I dont know if it will fit lol
I’d stick with 17x19 for sure!
@Talariaboys sweet! 19 front 17 back? What about the sprocket, if I go up in sprocket size will i need a longer chain?
are you guys utah local? just looking for some good ride spots
Lunacycle has been out of stock on the taleria xxx for quite some time now.. was thinking maybe due to shipping from China takes a while.. if it's not in stock by end of July I think I'll just get the surron ultra bee instead
They’ve been having some in stock every couple hours today.
I am going to get this as a moped in sweden L1E does it have less overall power or does it get the same tune as the luna cycle one.
It will have a little less power
@@Talariaboys Even if i cut the wire?
Once you hit 5k you should celebrate with some microphones:P Also you remind me a lot of the channel “mighty car mods@
Please explain what needs to be better about the audio? It’s something we are working on and already use microphones attached to the cameras.
Front hubs and Rear hubs of Talaria xXx and Talaria Sting R are they the same size?
Yes they are the same size. *you can’t use front wheels on the rear or rear wheels on the front*
would this bike work if i put two of the 19 inch off road tires that you have on the front
No a 19 inch wheel does not fit on the rear of the xxx frame, you could run a 17 inch version of the front tire on the rear wheel and that would work fine!
@@Talariaboys okay thanks and for someone who lives in florida that doesn’t have much hills and places to go off-roading do you think i should get a sting r or the xxx? and would the xxx fit me as me being 6’1
Ur running a 50/50 on the rear and a straight off road tire on the front why
Hey I'm from the UK and we actually need the 3 mode headlights for legal reasons
Good to know!
Ye it would be helpful to know where we can get those headlights from other police can confiscate our bikes 😭
for 2:30 what should I buy to get these because I do want to buy the warp 9 pegs but just don't know the name of the adapter
thanks

The link below are Warp 9 pegs that will go directly on your Talaria
Is it possible to put a 110 rear tyre on the 17 wheel ? And a 90 on the front 17? It would look much better
90 rear is max i guess (and you'd porbably need to cut protector), with 100 you definitely touch the sprocket
@@mapgraf that's a shame. It'd still look better with a 90 though.
