Looked up to this man training as a teenager and my early 20s. Still remember his training style article is Flex and was like, what is this; and of course patterned my training after him. When I told people you got to train to failure, people would be, really wow, impressive. Love that he is backing it up personally and talking about label claims.

im from russia. only thing i tried from DY supplements is preworkout, some years ago, possibly before DMA was cancelled everywhere.
still remember it as best preworkout i took. but i now i cant find anything DY available in russia.
and i just found this channel. actually surprised not seeing it previously.

The only people that are around in my age bracket to this day are the ones who trained the Yates way. Everyone else is long gone years ago.

Hello, DY Nutrition. Had a look at Empirelabz and Protein King for Australian stock but neither of them supply. Empirelabz only had pre-workout but were out of stock. Is there any other AU supplier, or should I just order from the UK? Cheers.
