I can watch this on repeat and still call her home every single time. Arguably the horse of a lifetime, what a star Enable is 🐎
She won the arc and breeders cup turf with basically no season and 1 prep on the kempton AW!! What a horse
Magical has won 7 Group 1s. If she didn't come up against Enable she would have won more than 10 Group 1s! The fact that Magical can never get close to her shows how historically good Enable is.
Watching this while in on a high and the mood for " racing royalty " on the back of Enable 's performances in the Eclipse, King George & Yorkshire Oaks recently, and to me this performance highlights the brilliance to come and which seals beyond doubt this mare's standing as being at the very least the best of her generation in all the major racing jurisdictions.
Brilliant piece of riding from Ryan Moore to slip Magical through on the final bend, but in the end Enable's class won out. Great race.

She’s no Winx, every race I’ve seen Enable really slogs it out in the final part of her races. I can’t see her quicken like other horses of the top eschelon. Position is the main thing with her, and it looked like for a while that she was going to get boxed in by other horses.
It's probably because she is racing against Group 1 horses, not Group 3 like Winx did.
I think you are quite right. Doubt she will win the Arc.

what if enable ran in a group 3 and won by 1/2 a length what would the doubters say that would be interesting
Christ! Don't even! She's been beating horses that would destroy the dogs winx was repeatedly beating. If winx showed up and won one Arc, then you could yap winx. Winx. Winx. Enable is the queen of the turf!!

No doubt o'Brien would have used lasic on his horses.
Barbara, I don't think he would have endangered his horses to that extent with Lasix. The American trainers are notorious with Lasix.
@@peggypapczun2906 do you know what lasix is and what it does. In Europe lasix is banned on race days. American trainers are notorius for drug use, thats why you hardly see American horses racing in europe.
@@barbaradyson6951 I am very familiar with Lasix and its effect on horses. I stated American trainers are notorious for using it. I never thought Lasix and other drugs prevented American horses from racing here. Lasix is a very dangerous drug for humans as well. It made me almost totally deaf.
@@peggypapczun2906 well how do you think their horses would perform with the use of drugs. The yanks also tape their horses nostrils back supposedly to help them breathe better but totally banned in europs.
