Listening to this song, and seeing you react to it, I'm struck by just how much the music, and especially Chester's vocals, awaken so much energy in the listener. I can't fully articulate it, but it was amazing seeing you physically react like how I felt listening. Don't worry too much about the lyrics. I'm very naturally lyric-focused, but if you're not, don't force it. I'd rather see someone authentically react to the music, rather than try to spin some sort of analysis off of a few lyrics they catch. The amount of times I've seen someone weave a whole meaning out of one sentence without context 🙄 If you catch a one or more lines that speak to you, I'd love to hear how they connect with you, but don't sweat it, just be you. Lemee tell ya, with most reactors, including you, got a linkin park string of reacts going its usually what makes me follow. Linkin Park has been my favorite since i started even liking real music. Last year i was top 3% on that spotify wrapped, ill never stop loving them. The whole band has such artistic integrity, they never let anyone tell em how their music should be. Thats why theyre one of a kind. Chesters death was the only "celeb" death that affected me so deeply. I cried for a while, because the way Chester sang all those years resonated so hard with us going through anything, gave us a connection to him that was unlike so many others. Then mike, fuckin amazing angel that he is started doing his best to somehow release more unreleased songs, and Lost came out and got me AGAIN crying because that songf embodies a large chunk of my life. I never got to see them live and it really bothers me to this day. Never could afford it.
