- Gino D'Acampo welcomes us back to his Tuscan retreat. In San Gimignano, Gino will be finding out about the town’s connection to saffron from a local gelato seller, before heading back to the villa to create his very own saffron risotto.

Iranians have been making saffron icecream for so long, glad to see other countries understand the hype as well, hehe❤ Saffron ice cream is great, especially with chocolate sauce or pistachios!!
Finally... a cooking segment where the hosts can't constantly interrupt the chef...
