Your journey is so similar to mine and I 100% agree to do a file clerk/LA job while in school. It is a sacrifice, but totally worth it. It helped me tremendously among my peers. I was looking at legal docs all day and my peers were seeing them for the first time in class. Plus if your attorneys are cool, you can ask them questions regarding your classes. I love your content! Keep it up 😊
Love the podcast backdrop. There should be ring on your finger. Also recruiters can be good and bad, but they dont get paid from your salary they get paid on top of your salary. If you got skills, law firms will pay that extra fee.
I just inboxed you on IG 😩. Thank you for the consistent videos. I didn't get a paralegal certificate I got my undergrad degree in criminal justice. I keep updating my post sorry lol. How long did you stay with your first law firm until you decided to branch out? Was it difficult to switch from criminal law to other laws as a paralegal? How long should someone wait to go to law school? (for me 31 so I feel the older I get school becomes more difficult).
Thanks for all this information.. I’m really motivated to go back to school and get into the Paralegal program 😊
I’m so glad you enjoyed the video, and super happy you’re motivated to go back to school. Good Luck!! ☺️

Is it good to do the paralegal Program at a Community college even if it’s ABA certified?
Thank you for your comment, I’m going to answer this question in my next Paralegal Q&A!
Question I’m here because I was curious if college was best option for paralegal degree or the certificate program??
