They were outnumbered in a large degree, and they weren't really defending.
is this game worth it (it's on sale on steam rn)? and by that i mean are the graphics and physics good enough that a new player can enjoy the game for hours?
also, are the devs actively working to make the game's graphics, physics, and features better and more expansive? i want to know if it's worth the price atm.
I'd say yes. It's a ton of fun to try out different scenarios. Then add in the amount of mods people have made for Star Wars, LOTR, ect.
@@dalemanni24 but are the devs updating the game regularly? the game looks great but i know (and they prolly know) that it can look wayy better in time. if they are updating regularly, i have no problem with the game, but i also don't want it to stay like "that" if you know what i mean lol
@@springus. updates are still coming, but they are months apart. the game is quite enjoyable, but the QOL is lacking
Yes, updates are still coming and this game is fun to play. I will stress this though, make sure your PC can handle it. If it can, your in for lots of fun IMO. The devs have a youtube channel (Brilliant Games Studios) where they might still be talking about updates before they come out.

Before I even watch the rest of this. My bet is on the Star Wars armies. Range > Melee
Range in this game is broken. No limit to ammo, allies do not block line of sight, shoot as soon as enemy is in range.

Back for my second day on the leaderboards tracker and uh... well this isn't a droid vs clone fight. No matter though, point goes to the combined star wars armies! That makes one for the clones and one for star wars in general.

Whether I was 5 million or 500 million, the LotR armies just can’t handle that kind of firepower, especially when the enemy doesn’t run out of ammunition.

If you do this again, you should give Star Wars fewer ranged units and give them meele units
So I recently just watched someone do a d&d match where they put Sauron against hobbits. I truly think this will look a lot better with the Epic Battle Simulator 2, so if you're feeling froggy how about setting up a battle between Sauron and I don't know how 2 million hobbits to start or you can just keep adding More till they can defeat him.
You can’t have the wall there with just small funnels for the armies to go through. It doesn’t matter whether or not the Lotr armies are bigger if they run in one by one.
At least the Lords of the Rings armies defeated the zombies about 3 years ago when Dailytactics did that battle.

Take someone like Cleopatra and give her long range fireballs and put about 1000 of her on the field fot he LotRs.

No amount of Saurons? Now that I'd like to see. Not a million of them but a squad instead of the Smaugs. I believe that that battle would be the total opposite.
It actually makes no sense that the Balrogs lost cause they should be as powerful a Sauron, they can't even die by conventional means
You should throw Sauron & Gandalf in the back & add a little pulse of positivity for the underdogs rather than those 'boss' types doing work early & dying out quick

Well the Lord of the rings units must be very bad
It’s the amount of firepower the Star Wars units have. Almost every unit on the Star Wars army has ranged attacks. There’s almost no archers in the Lord of the rings army except the Elves, and they’re on one side of the map and not spread out amongst the ranks. It’s unfair when you consider a single unit can get 100+ kills EACH before the battle lines meet.

The problem is that the mods aren't making the LOTR units powerful enough. Smaug should be wasting troopers and droids alike but he does very little

hey just a tip, audio recordings from timelapses sound really goofy especially if u talk in the background. if u didn’t use the audio than that weird screeching wouldn’t occur in all your timelapses.

Walls? Really? LotR wouldn't stand a chance on a flat field with these numbers, let alone with walls, where the star wars units only have to battle small amounts.
Try doing these on more open terrain and a 1 to 100 ratio.
Thats why the movies take so long to get out, because of you inflicting emotional damage on the cast.

Дебильный тест. Разделил стреляющую издалека армию и армию ближнего боя, узкими проходами стены. Понятно кто победит. Надо было в чистом поле сражение делать. Одна армия до другой дойти даже не может, кто же тут победит (сакразм)? Фейспалм.
