Jiyan is the best! I started WuWa for him! This game truly shows what war and its effects truly are, especially on the soldiers and their superiors (Jiyan). He is a badass, respectful and hardworking man that deserved SO much better. He was robbed of his youth because of Tacet Discords, so he is making sure the same doesn't happen to others! FUCK META, LOVE JIYAN!!! 💥💥🔥🔥🖤🖤🖤❤

the thing is jiyan is better than calcharo if yinlin doesn't exist. yinlin just make electro so much better. if an aero broken support comes out, ji yang would be top tier.

@@lumaw152 Yeah at the moment we have too few dedicated support buffers in this game. Once we get an Aero support or even a heavy attack one (better than Mortefi who is already good) the dragon-man general will go craazy
@@silhouette9699 because support characters matter. you are not gonna solo the game with one character. so if you have better support for you then yeah you are gonna out perform other dps characters. also danjin is way harder to play than calcharo and she is useless for majority of the player base.

Dude, his domain is insanely beautiful and the story is great. The environmental story-telling is impeccable even on the over-world with the dynamic environment and thae skybox. Kuro's art team did a great job.

I went into the game expecting Jiyan to be some cocky full-of-himself douche and ended up pleasantly surprised at how wrong I was - Hes honestly one of the nicest characters in the game so far, incredibly humble and also really fun to play - hes my first 5 star and I see him staying in my main rotation for quite a long time.
Same, he just looks so sharp and stuck up, which is natural since he’s a general and that’s a serious role to be in, but he’s actually a really cool guy
The gentle demeanour was a refreshing surprise. Also the fact that he was a medic is somehow fitting.
if you havent already read through Jiyan's character info, his second entry A Reason to Fight almost made me ugly cry in front of my bestie. they were concerned but then I showed it to them and they full on started to cry soooooo. Wuthering Waves you did great with the story writing, as long as you make your players cry in some way then you know you did a good job with the writing

I can't believe how visually stunning this game is. It definitely is one of the best looking anime games out there, period. And it's a free game!!!
And I swear if the game's direction continues like in the future it's gonna be goated. Funny, epic and sad accompanied by beautiful imagery. Jiyan's quest has it all.

The most stupid misconception is that jiyan is dumb for letting rover do all the strategy
Heres an info for you: Rover has been confirmed to have reawakend more than once. 1.) Rover was the first resonator of huanglong 2.) Rover appeared at the black shores 3.) Rover woke up at present day sol-3 during the retroact rain which is his/her current reawakening
Obviously jiyan knows that rover has a plan in defeating crownless since rover has beaten it during his/her previous reawakenings and if you answered the wrong option/strategy, he tries to correct you and gives another chance to answer.
I haven't watched the video and all that but GOD DAMN that thumbnail is more beautiful than my entire bloodline combined!!!!!!

@justalostlocal I wouldn't mind if the Genshin MC actually seemed intelligent, but most times, they're caught unaware when they really shouldn't be. Though they do have their moments.
@@TheBrotatoPatch Yeah, that bothers me a lot in game bc it breaks the immersion for me. Sure, Gacha MCs are usually blank slate character, but I like that Rover F and M actually have a degree of maturity and personality that shines in the main quest. They're cool headed, a little arrogant and playful while not being edgelords.
The photo of female mc version was a one to cherish❣, a gulf puff would try to attack the mc and jiyan stops it like a chad😎

@@Zoffy_UA It's subtle, but female Rover holds her hand close to her chest when saying that, making it seem more like a heartfelt confession that she genuinely wants to join the contest with Jiyan.

I think he means the in game characters see him as an Aloof general, when he is actually a kind hearted man doing his duty.

Not gonna lie, I'm still a little salty about the photo differences for fem and m rovers 😑 like,kuro games, what kind of discrimination is that 😂come on, I don't want to lose on very rare male chara fanservice just bc I chose different mc gender due to the design 😮💨😮💨 At the very least I'm glad they didn't change anything else, so the whole outing feels almost like date regardless of which mc u chose, IF you exclude the depressed parts of course. Eh, what is is with me always being drawn to the depressed characters in games, huh.
Anyway, personaly I loved this quest, but it did felt too short tbf and the same thing I had with Lingyang, I dont know if that's me or if the story quest really seem to be on the shorter side in this game (?). Overall loved it objecively on 8/10, and from a simp Pov, 10/10 🤣🤣🤣 Also, raise your hand if you came here to watch it just to see the text on the black background near the end, since the game doesn't like people read stuff slower than 3 seconds 🥲🤚

[Serious] I genuiely want to leave Genshin. I love the story and characters, but they do not respect their fanbase and even went as far as to try and sabotage WuWa. I do NOT want my money and support to go to a company that crosses red lines.
HOWEVER, I absolutely LOVE Zhongli. And by love, I mean, I'm literally emotionally dependant on him. He is one of the only comforts I have in life. He is the reason I started Genshin and the reason I'm staying. As an Archon and the oldest being, his role will be major in the end, and I want to know all about him. He deserves that much.
I feel conflicted. I know just me quitting Genshin won't change anything, so why deny myself Zhongli? But I also feel like a bad person for supporting a scumbag company. Please, give me advice!
