This is true. When I used to play video games as a kid I did it because it was fun and when I couldn’t defeat the boss, I would go back and try to do it over and over again. I did it because it was fun and challenging. I think this is why I have good hand and eye coordination. Now I’m translating this into learning more bass techniques such as slap and that’s how I ended up here and also having fun playing my bass by playing along with bass tabs to my favorite songs over and over.

I love practicing, but then I over do it and need to take a week off to catch up with home and auto maintenance. I just wish bass was the only thing to do. Dammit
