Just rewatched having lost my duct tact after not kiting since March. Great stuff Sam, i nailed them. I had forgot to send the kite through the window to get me through the turn.
Loving your videos regarding foiling tips and tricks. You could do a whole video on the 'full 360' since you suggested it's a good (and fun!) progression step towards the roll tack. I'll be working on that for a while before I take on the roll tack.
Thank you Sam for the great explanation about how to do. Now the roll tack is working after a lot of trials, but I need to avoid the loop after it, like in the 360…. Great tutorial. Looking forward for further Tutoriales…. Best regards
I've been making some progress on these moves and once tried front straps as I thought they might help, but hated them. After seeing your tutorial I'm gonna stay strapless. Cheers for the top vid and good vibe.
Yet another great video Sam :) It's really good to hear of your struggles with it and how long it took you to learn. It really gives me the confidence to keep trying. Soooo many times you see a trick that looks soooo easy and it makes you think that you're useless because you can't do it straight away. Again. Thanks for letting us know to keep trying. :)
Great tutorial, i have my tack without switching my feet. Fred Hope gave me a lesson in the gorge last summer. This video is killer for progressing to swapping feet. Glad to see you say it is not easy, because it really isnt.
Hey Sam, I was wondering if you could make a video of small tips and tricks that will improve your kitesurfing at any level. Love the vids by the way keep it up!
"It's absolutely fine to touch down on the water for your first few tacks"? lol! Personal edit: for your first few years of tacking... Great videos, keep it up!
Great video, thanks a lot for the tips!! Do you wear a seat harness in the clip? I tried one foiling but I'm not 100% convinced bc it feels it doesn't turn especially when riding toeside compared to a waist harness. What is your take on this and what do you recommend? Looking forward to your next foil videos 🤙
Been foiling for over a decade and very competent at jibes and footswitches.... but I've yet do anything else. I'll go over an hour and never get wet. Is this roll tack the best advanced move for me to try next?
I've got the H4 Spaceskate with an L1 Wakefoilboard from Slingshot. I saw you did the tack with different Wings and Boards. Is this the new Micro 3'6? Which Wing did you used with it? Greets
Point here, is that you're a pro rider. And as you say at the end of video, it took you a year to get about 3 tacks a session. So for the most other non pro folks this will take years....
You speak clearly so much that i don’t need to read subtitles, very smooth explication, thx

Thanks Sam, great tutorial was finding this one challenging, its easier to front roll and backroll than tack
I appreciate your pointers and encouragement Sam. Great positive energy!
Great quality video! Nice instruction coordinating with the video. I look forward to more

Brilliant explanation... Are you working on a future Toe side tack video?... It will be welcome...,I really enjoy how you explain them

Shared on kitesurfingblog.com. I'm trying these days but my mistake is mainly what I have left the slanted board on the "old" side.. what am I wrong?
yea really try to push/drive the board around as much as possible
video request toe to heel tack
