for anyone who got clickbaited, they literally just cooked it. that's what "happens next" after they wrap ground beef around 5 babybels.
But isn't that the one that they stuck the cauliflower florets in, right before it was cooked? I find their videos entertaining & interesting to watch though they might not be so healthy or for every day cooking. A person could use less cheese when cooking those at home, or change the cauliflower to broccoli or lots of other options. No offense intended to you or anyone. Just some of my own ideas & thoughts...🙂

I thought the dish with the cauliflower sticking up resembled the illustrations of a coronavirus. It would really have looked like it, if they'd put something red on the cauliflower, rather than green!

marsbeads There are dark bits of char at the end of the legs and on the wings. There’s no way that this chicken was completely cooked inside that melon. It’s been in an oven outside of the watermelon for a certain amount of time then reglazed before finishing off inside the melon.

You're joking, right? They used 7 oz. of Camembert cheese which costs about $4.99 at 2021 supermarket prices for the President brand ($5.69 8 oz.). The thinly sliced proscuitto ham used in the video cost nearly twice that at $9.99 for just 8 ounces. Also, it looks like they used over a pound of prosciutto to make that meat bowl. Then there are 9 ounces of good bacon (NOT the cheap fatty variety) crumbled in with the pasta and cream. Add up the meat, cream, pasta, herbs, and bread crumbs -- and you're looking at a cost of 3 X that of the cheese! 🤣 So, maybe a conservative $30 total price tag for the entire recipe that was a delectable culinary masterpiece!!! 😎

Roasting prosciutto? As an Italian I'm outraged. Prosciutto is cured and never to be cooked. It destroys the flavor, brings out the salt, and it's too low fat to add anything once it's reduced to a sort of burned paper sheet.
Use bacon.
Besides, what's with the orgy of fat food with cream, loads of cheese and so many flavorings that will kill the real flavor of the meat?
It would be just the same to use pressed cardboard and pour all those condiments on it. You'd barely notice the difference.

I've been frying with sourghdough ( sometimes with sourghdough and bread crumbs ), to be technical the sponge , just about everything I can think of and so far my favorites to fry with sourghdough batter are carrots , onions , steak , tomatoes , livers , chicken , pickles , green beans and etc . Although last time I fried I used beer in my batter and I was wondering what kind of recipe ya'll could come up with that would go great with sourghdough and maybe bread crumbs that is fried , baked , or grilled .
