      I have the 58". Picture is amazing, sound is atrocious. Maybe its better on the 65", but it was so crappy on my 58" that I went right back to Meijer and bought a sound bar.

      Hey - it is VESA compatible (see specs at elementelectronics.com/tv/element-65-4k-uhd-roku-tv-2019 for the model in this video, or elementelectronics.com/tv/400450-series/element-65-4k-uhd-hdr10-roku-tv for 2021 model) -- make sure you buy a VESA compatible mount that can handle a 65" TV. are you happy with this tv? is the sound loud enough without external speakers? i've heard this is a problem with some new tvs. i might get one.

    • @masterunboxchannel

      TV has been excellent so far. Sound is as good as expected for coming from a TV - no complaints from me. I had a previous element TV where even at volume level 1 it was too loud at times, this is not the case with this TV. As for turning up the volume, it definitely gets loud enough if we want it to.

      I am very happy with this TV - it has been a year now. Occasionally (2 times in the last year) Roku pushes an update that causes the TV to freeze when you turn it on the next time after the update, but you just unplug it and things work again (at least for us).

    Hi is roku a good brand tv ?

    • @masterunboxchannel
      @masterunboxchannel  2 года назад +2

      Hello! Roku does NOT make TVs. Roku makes streaming devices as well as making a User Interface that they license to TV makers, such as Element. I really like the Roku interface on the TVs. As for Element, this partiular model (2019 65") has run into numerous backlight problems (as per google search). In fact, one of mine just died after only just under 2 years. However, my particular model had a 2 year warranty and Element sent me the purchase price of the TV back (minus taxes). I actually just bought a replacement 2021 Element model which I will be posting the setup video from soon. Like and Subscribe!!!!!

      @masterunboxchannel  4 года назад

      Unfortunately without more info, nothing more I can recommend than perhaps going back to where you got it and swap it out for another one. This could be a problem with your network (bad connection, blocked ports), etc... You may want to try and reset the TV, etc... but again, without any specific details, hard to help.

      Yes - the 2019 model ended up being a bad batch - many people reported their backlights going out around 1.5 to 2 years in... apparently the newer versions are not reporting this problem.

      @@nyxknight7555 Hey - so since mine was under warranty still, Element sent me a refund for the TV. However, if yours isn't under warranty and you want to try and fix yourself, on ebay the backlights go for around $50 -- and here is a video showing how to do it on a similar TV: ruclips.net/video/tOUwcYhpJ_0/видео.html -- I have NOT done this myself and have no idea how good you or anyone else is at doing this, so proceed with caution knowing you might screw up the whole TV by trying to fix it yourself.
