I saw interview in the morning of Sushil Pandit who said that people in Jammu have been paying their taxes while tax collection in Kashmir is an issue but yet the Lt Governor has done more for Kashmir than Jammu in the last 10 years. Sushi wanted a separate state for Jammu.
