  • The Kellfri Tow behind backhoe is sold since a few years but I never made a review! Well now I have fixed that! There are many similar machines sold with different names, Bronco, Jansen, Rock Machinery, Bernards, Harbour Freight etc etc. There might be some differences between them so not everything I say in this video is applicable to all of them but it can be useful when considering any tow behind mini excavator / backhoe.

that machine is really good and powerful. now there is a new model that rotates 360 degrees, it is interesting because it has much more scope

It was the machine that started your RUclips career! And yes it is pretty good for the price. The 360 degrees type should be even more useful and easy to switch between digging and transport mode. I would like to try it sometime.

That’s the time I found your channel Nils 😄 I was looking for a digger and this model was cheap. You had one of them. I was seriously thinking about it. Eventually I never bought it. You and others advised me against it. Eventually you sold yours as well and bought the mini excavator. I became convinced this was not the right choice for me. I eventually bought a small tractor and I am very happy with it. I have still got it. I can do a lot with it. Only it cannot dig. But no problem. It can do everything else I want and need. And the occasional time I need a digger, I rent it. With having a tractor, that is just very occasionally. The tractor is fitted with a front loader and lots of implements at the back. The perfect choice for me.

Yes some retro video used to make this one! Good that you didn’t buy one! A small tractor is much more useful as you say but it depends on what needs you have. For occasional digging, renting one is a good idea!

I think it is way better than a regular shovel and would be good for small jobs and you don't have the money for a track machine.

Yes It can be useful and it is the cheapest option.
