Super inexpensive way to organize weather it’s makeup or craft supplies, this is perfect. I am a card maker looking for a new way to store all my Copic markers. So easy and so functional and exactly what I need!

Great idea! I think that if you made it deeper (use a frame in the middle and jenga pieces on either side of the frame) you could probably glue the plexiglass (idk if these come with that in or not, but if it doesn't, you could also cut a piece of cardboard or layered cardstock to fill in the opening) into the frame and give yourself a backer, too. I know a concern for me would be losing something by pushing it through the hole.

Good idea my daughter is a little artist and has a ton of expensive markers/pens etc in a case and having the colors she uses more often in something like this on her desk would be better then in the zip up case they came in.

That is amazing! You are so talented! I saw a Dollar Tree haul about a week ago & showed a paint brush holder for a dollar! It holds 49 paint brushes, I couldn't believe it! And of course my 2 Dollar Trees did not have it! I'm going to make that & use it for my paint brushes!!! Just an amazing way to store my paint brushes! Thank you so much for sharing! I would’ve moved the mat flush on one end and the piece you cut off would be a bigger piece instead of two different pieces

This is a very ingenious idea! Do these spikes fit together some way? I didnt notice you measuring to be sure the mats were in the same place on the frames. Did you just eyeball it? Thanks for your ideas!
I eyeballed it but I made sure to cut both mats at same are so they match when I glue them down.
@@TinaDidIt I understand the cutting part so the mats are the same length but it's the placement on the frames I'm not sure of since they arent pushed down all the way on the bottom long side. I'm probably not making myself clear. That's okay, I'll see if I can find mats ... no 99 cent store here either. 😊

Thanks friend 💕 I believe they have animal repellent mats on amazon and eBay. I also checked online and I think target and Walmart also has the mats. Just make sure they look like the one I used. 💕

I’m disabled with lupus fibromyalgia RA Addisons herniated disc heart problems n it goes on . I’m not able to get out of bed a lot due to pain but I lay there n watch YT n I’m so glad I found you. I just turned 62 this past Friday so I’m old on top of it all but I learn from you so easily. You teach in away that makes it sink into my pain riddled brain so easy n that is saying a lot. I am so thankful I found you. Thank you for sharing your great ideas with us. God bless you n keep you safe from this virus that is spreading so quickly.

Were the scat mats from the Dollar Tree? They are over to $15 on Amazon. Do you have a link for them because I don't see a 2 pack. What in the world are the "dinga piece" spacers between the frames? I don't remember a hearing anything about them "earlier". If you got the mats on Amazon this project certainly wasn't under $5.
