'Compleat' is the term the Phyrexians use to mean you have reached the pinnacle of perfection and are now a Phyrexian. They're playing off of that with the name of this bundle and the special pack of oil-slick cards. Incidentally the Phyrexian oil is what starts the process!
Give it a few days and these pulls won't seem so good anymore. The prices are dropping so bad it's pathetic
