What was your resolution ? Your fps didnt move from 144, i am playing on 2k with almost all cursed settings and i am experiencing fps drops during fights and i have really good pc.
I have a 4060 Ti with a Ryzen 5 7600X. I can run the best settings and get a stable 100 fps, but with all average settings or the ones in Sponge’s settings guide, I can run 144 fps.

You have legendary skill & vast experience, that lets you have a lot of time to think & plan as well as make decisions tailored to individual situations. That said, you rarely go 100% full attack tear apart everything mode. It might not be an evenly stacked fight, but Sponge™ taking care of business is good & educational 🧽 Plus you're so justified for clearing someone third partying

When you load in and out islands frames drop, when you open crates frames drop, I experience this as well
