Season 2 has rotated a bit between Tokai Teio, Mejiro McQueen, and Rice Shower. *spoilers* As for Silence Suzuka, she was injured in the same race, but they didn't go so far as to kill her off like the real-world Suzuka. In the show world she's off in America right now doing some kinda training - basically written out of the show but at least not dead.

Its a horse racing trainer simulation made by Cygames. Its supposed to come out few years ago after the first season of the anime, but shit happened and it got delayed. It finally came out recently and is now hugely popular in Japan. Mio also said that unlike other games in the gacha training simulation genre like shinymas, the game has more gender neutral and mainstream appeal compared to the others

Somehow... Simping for horses feels really weird to me. It feels even weirder than simping for guns or boats. I guess it's cause my grandpa actually owns racehorses and has actually bred a few champions, though his horses have only ever participated in local events.
Probably because personifying animals especially ones you may be close to feels even more personally than say a ship or gun. I'd say it depends on what you do but theres more of a blank canvas I'd say for objects but a living creature gives it an extra feel to it.
