How do a I use windows terminal commands on gitpod ??

Gitpod is Linux-based and as such cannot run "Windows terminal commands". What is it that you're looking to run?
Side-note: in Gitpod you do have a fully-featured Linux terminal (bash by default, but of course you can install whatever you like in the workspace Docker image, e.g. zsh).
