- Get whisked away to the English countryside during a beautiful sunset, this video contains a completely authentic recording of the English countryside recorded in the Sussex Countryside. I hope that this can take you away from your troubles.
This is a scene inspired by the gorgeous painting 'Landscape With Village In The Distance' by Jacob Van Ruisdael in 1649. I obviously took some liberties in my version, sometimes in these old paintings as beautiful as they are, the perspective can be a bit strange, so I had to mess with things to get it closer to how I felt worked for me. I also made my stream fuller than the one depicted in the painting.
I hope that if you use this for sleeping that you can fall asleep fast! Please don't forget to like and subscribe to my channel.

How I love the sounds of the river tumbling over the large stones
Thank you so much Ambient Renders .

The way the grass is flowing in the breeze is beautiful. The realism combined with the dreamy glow of the morning light is really great.
👍
@@AmbientRenders you guys should collaborate... you are my two favorite ambience channels :)
I am English born and raised. I live in rural Dorset and this is remarkably accurate.
You've managed to capture the feel brilliantly.
Thank you 🙏
i don't think enough of us rural brits appreciate how lucky we are to live where we do. i couldn't dream of being anywhere else
I was the one who had a chat with you about requesting an English countryside video. You absolutely nailed it! I appreciate the time and work you've put into this.
Hey there 👋 Yes I think it was you 🙂👋I’m glad you like it! It was really nice to work on, the stream was challenging but came out well in the end 🙂👍 Take care 🙌🎄
@@AmbientRenders Yes the stream is really good!
@@tamalam Thank you 🙏
I'm British and I am a City girl but I am really impressed with how realistic this looks and sounds.👏
Thank you so much ❤ This one was really tricky, I had to make a lot of custom grass and flowers, as they weren't moving how I wanted them to, so had to work on them quite a bit, that probably took the longest. I also recorded the bird and sheep sounds in West Sussex 👍
@@AmbientRenders well done would be an understatement
The purest essence of England, much love to the people there from Australia.
This is unbelievable! 🤯 Gorgeous scenery and sounds are SO immersive and calming. I feel like I'm actually there! Love this atmosphere so much! 👏👏
I understand why the Vikings decided to stay in England. I would. It's beautiful. I see a lot of the English natives in comments saying this is very accurate. Looks like a good place to finally get some rest.
It's beautiful, I hope to return soon. I was born in England but raised in New Zealand.
There's still a lot of Scandinavian DNA in Britain. My ancestry results were 78% English, 11% Swedish & Danish, 5% Scottish, 3% Welsh, 2% Northern Italian.
Brilliant stuff, just moved from my home in the countryside to go to Uni, this is just what I need to help alleviate any lingering homesickness
Aww thank you, I really do hope that it helps 🙏
The lighting and atmosphere is spot on. Great work as always Ambient Renders.
👋🙂 Hello!!
Can you do a coffee shop with Jazz music as well?
I like all of your renders^^
Hey there thank you!! I have thought about this, and I have always wanted to make one, I am really fussy about the music and want to write it myself, so it might take some time if thats ok 🙂 But I certainly want to do this
I know I've said this before but these really do get better every time! So talented!
Thank you!! 🙏🙌
Написано, что Английское село, но смотрю и вижу Россию, напоминает Сибирь, где-то за городом! 🌤🏡🌾🏞🌳 Спасибо за видео. 👍🏻
Ohhhhh this is so nice! Reminds me of my uncles house in the countryside
Crows and Jackdaws, definitely the sound of sunset in the fields!
this reminds me of white orchard from the witcher 3
I love this ambience so muc! I would love of you could do more like this scene :)
Thanks Amy, of course 🙂 unfortunately these don’t get as many views as the others but will try to do more of them 🙂 I really enjoy making these type of scenes too
PLEASE oh please make a Spider-Man inspired one!🔥🔥🔥
Absolutely love the golden hour look combined with the gentle animations.
Nice reminds me of dying light just without the zombies
This is so blissful and happy. We all need to slow down and enjoy the beautiful moments in life ❤️
THIS A W! Also REMEBER THAT IM YOUR BIGGEST FAN! SAY IT!!
It's magnificent! There's so much life here 🌿💛
I love this so very much. I’ve been feeling really homesick- (I’m from NY and my husband is from Kent).. you’ve captured the ambience and scenery so perfectly, thank you. 🫶🏼
Thank you 🙏 I’m really glad this has helped ❤️🙂It’s very windy and rainy here right now so not quite as nice as this video 🙂I’d like to make more English countryside scenes.
Pleasant!
dude, your channel though. This makes me wanna upgrade my channel so much, but i dont have much time for it T.T GJ
Thank you, yeah they do take a while to make sometimes! I found myself taking longer and longer recently, which doesn’t help with RUclips’s recommendation algorithm, so there is a fine balance to be had there that I still haven’t perfected yet 👍
I used to post every day except Monday, but it won't help much, and when you stop my posting schedule the RUclips algorithm wont do much favor for me. Just sharing with you @@AmbientRenders
very nice!!
Thanks! 👋
This is literally a work of art - I can almost smell the country air 🙂
This is really next level🤯
Thanks Oddity 🙌👋
Listening to this pretending I’m back home in England 🏴
I recorded the sounds in West Sussex 👍 Not sure if you’ve been that way, I recorded it on a warm September morning 🙂
Just gorgeous. I’m from the Isle of Wight so very close. Strangely I miss the wood pigeons the most! I live in New Zealand (have done so for the last 20 years) but will never stop missing England!!
@@taleenkassabian1196 Ahh I’ve been there a few times 👍 I have a few friends that are from there also. Haven’t seen them in a while 🙂 Interestingly, a friend of mine from who is Romsey, moved to Australia about ten years ago. I saw him this summer and he loves it over that way. I’m glad my video gives you some nice feelings 🙏
I think this is my favourite! Across RUclips, the daylight relaxing videos are mostly forest scenes, or beach scenes…
Thank you!! I love doing day time scenes, unfortunately they just don’t get many views. But thank you 🙏
Wishing you continued success with your videos and good health!
Bravo 👏 well done 💙
I wish there was something like this but a full 24 hour cycle. How come there seem to be absolutely zero such clips?
Beautiful rendition 🩷🧡💛
Thank you 🙏
what kind of sunset lasts 8 hours? there's nothing authentic about this looped video at all
Great work! I really appreciate the realistic nature of this.
feels like I'm playing AC Valhalla
Yup or The Witcher
Really cool thank you 🖖💫
Perfection
😳
❤❤❤
You have outdone yourself with this 🙂 Very nice!
Thank you 🙏
I can't help but think this would have been better if the sun had have actually set! 😝
I did think about that, but the length of time it takes for the sun to set compared to the number of frames I would have had to render, it would still be rendering now if I did that 😅But I am seriously considering doing that for a future video
Go to bed' thinking of wind swept fields, wake up' in a water bed' 😳😁
Very relaxing, this is the place to heal
A collab between you and nemos dreamscapes would be epic
wait is this real
👌K
Thank you 👋
This is almost a living Constable painting. I grew up around countryside not unlike this (Pett is Sussex). This is one of the finest animations you have done. I love the light on the distant roofs, the subtle depth haze, the lightscape from background to fore, and of course, the animated plants. I can only imagine how long the plant animations took. Did you have to animate by hand?
I really wish you would do more of these pastoral or summer scenes.
A thought for you; I know the 8 hour live videos increase your time at the top of people's feeds (to an annoying extent if I am honest), but it appears to decrease engagement. What is the point of leaving a comment that will be soon gone, others can't directly respond to, and you will never answer?
Hi Matt, cheers, this is a recreation of a Jacob Van Ruisdael painting from the 1600’s. I would like to make more painting recreations as it’s a nice challenge, but it also depends on how many views it will get. These daylight views don’t gain much traction so I’m less likely to make more of them as the time it takes vs view count doesn’t add up. I’m more likely to create more sci-fi scenes tbh. But I want to do more of these. The grass and plants are a foliage system, but you need to set up the meshes to work to get them to animate nicely 👍
I don’t quite understand your second paragraph? Are you saying that I never reply to comments? YT studio doesn’t always show all of them so I can’t reply to what I don’t see? Apologies.
@@AmbientRenders I respect it even more now I know it's your version of a famous painting. "Landscape with village in the Distance" I assume? Magnificent, and what a wonderful artist. A lot of his stuff is similar, but if I had those views, I wouldn't feel the need to do any different.
However you did the foliage, you did a really nice job!
As for my second paragraph, no, I was not suggesting that you do not respond, as I have had the pleasure of speaking to you on multiple occasions. However, with live videos, we don't get to leave permanent comments UNDER the video where you most frequently engage, and there's no point leaving them in the live feed as they scroll past, and are soon gone. Does that clarify my position?
@@Martial-Mat Ahh I see! yes I get you now, and it’s always good to chat with you Matt, you have been with me for years! Cheers again mate 👍 the live stream is a huge subject that I could discuss for hours, but simply it works on many levels, I hope it works for those that wish to leave my scenes running constantly without it stopping, many people like to do that, and I love that, so I am more than happy to oblige. For me it works, because for YT to recommend my channel I have to post often, and I mean a LOT to stay relevant, this is very hard for me as I put so much time into each scene, there can sometimes be huge gaps where I never post! I don’t know if you have noticed but this genre is totally saturated these days too, AI generated channels all over the place that post relentlessly, and this stops my channel being recommended by YT as I don’t post very often, so I can’t afford not to keep posting. So the live streams help tide me over whilst I work on other scenes. I hope that makes sense, I am hoping that I post scenes quicker now as I recently have been made redundant from my games studio( the whole studio was laid off) so I should have more time to make videos, although not having a job is scary now that I have to totally rely on YT revenue. So I need to get working on my channel a lot more from now on, so there will be more content from me I’m afraid, I have to now, otherwise I might have to stop, and I wish to grow and evolve my content for many years to come yet 😯
@@AmbientRenders Yes, I've seen the carnage in the gaming industry this year. I never thought it was THAT dependable a career, but many big companies have really showed the contempt they feel for their staff. One of my martial arts students is just finishing a gaming course at college and I can't tell you how relieved I was when he announced that it is not a career he plans to pursue after all. So sorry about your situation. My fear is that you've gone from one capricious career straight into another, and your entire future depends upon algorithms that change with no logic, and are not made public.
I suspected that your choices were tactical rather than artistic regarding the way that you release your work. I have to say, I think in general, long format videos have really harmed youtube, with everyone vying to fill the top of my play list. I can certainly understand the logic of why you do so, and I do not criticise you, especially in your current position, for doing all you can to maximise your visibility. In general, I find it incredibly sad when art has to compromise for the sake of the format or financial considerations, but I have had to make similar compromises on occasion as well.
I have noticed quite a few players entering your market, although most of the ones I know, use Blender rather than Unreal Engine as you do. It saddens me, when you are producing such incredible work, that youtube makes you compete alongside no effort garbage. It's like pitting Beethoven against a crappy boy band.
From what you have said, this is an all or nothing point in your life, with some variables completely beyond your control. I very much hope that you can make a success of it. I've been self employed for over 30 years, and have sacrificed a higher standard of living for autonomy. I can't imagine living any other way. Very best wishes for your success!
Cheers Matt 👍 And thank you for such a generous KoFi donation 🙏 The games industry is going through a very strange time right now, it will be fine, it’s just not great at the moment 👍 I’m no spring chicken so my chances of changing career are slim these days so just doing what I can.
By the way if you get recommended loads of channel you don’t want flooding your feed you should be able to hide those channels, I went on a rampage doing this a while ago and my feed is much better for it 🙂 But thanks again I appreciate it 👍 P.S I trained in martial arts for many years, mostly kung fu, boxing and Muay Thai, a big fan of what you do 👍
Krásné. 💙
Jsem z České republiky, a i tady máme krásnou přírodou s těmito zvuky.
Nice, but the windmill’s a bit much 😛
They were my biggest debate when making this.
Brilliant job
Thanks 🙏
