What have you found to set the settings at on the soil leveler and depth of tilling depth to get best seed bed finish? I have been trying to play with mine at different places but cant seem to get it just right without leaving ridges etc
Haven’t found a good setting for the soil leveler. It tends to just stay in the highest position. As for depth of till, we tend to stay around the 2-3” range and that has worked out very nicely for us. I personally believe ventrac was misleading when they showed off the cultivator. It can be a one pass and done tool, but that is EXTREMELY rare unless you work in the flat lands with little grade changes or direction changes. We always bring the power rake with us to do finishing passes with
