Well in reality both the Prototype Omnitrix has the same aliens of the Recalibrate Omnitrix and vice versa. Thing which is further confirmed by Ben 23, who has all the aliens of Ben prime despite his Omnitrix never recalibrating since he never takes it off.

My Theory:Cannonbolt was a recalibrated alien not a prototype Ben did some mistake with the Omnitrix causing it to unlock a recalibrated alien

The best part about this game is that you can play as all 10 aliens
In cosmic destruction also we can play but that sucks because they dint added aliens like jetray,goop and all which appeared in alien force
With all this alien it could been better if they make it a game like devil may cry where you can do mad combo skills.
