Dufour 470 in the Biscay bay - average speed 10.5 knots, max 12.7 knots

a Bit of raw footage from the last day after crossing the Biscay bay on the maiden voyage of a 2022 Dufour 470.
We left La Rochelle, crossing the Biscay to La Coruna, heading South the Atlantic coast to Spain, Portugal and on the way to enter the med.
Right after leaving La Coruna we got some nice condition with wind at our stern picking up from 18kts in the morning to right around 30kts (Apparent.. True was closer to 40kts). The waves were picking up as well from 2-3 meter eventually to 4-5 meters when it was not possible to film anymore as we were in battle mode, inflatable vests on and the boat was averaging 10.5 knots and surfing at almost 13 knots.
The Dufour 470 handled brilliantly and we had a blast.
