Hi Sho I notice you are planting potatoes in the fall. We usually plant them in early spring. I guess it depends on your planting zones. Maybe you have warmer winters there. Plus you have so many monsoons you might need to plant them later so that they don’t rot in the wet ground. Is this the reason why?
Yes, in northern areas of Japan, like Nagasaki, we can plant potatoes twice a year, in the spring and fall. I'm not sure about monsoons things but I think you're right 📝
