Financial Statements - A Snap Shot Into Your Business

Financial statements tell you what's happening in your business. This workshop will explain how the three standard financial reports - Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Uses & Sources - relate to each other and how to use them in managing your business. We will conclude by combining these standard financial reports to develop a cash flow projection, which is a key tool for understanding the cash resources you will need in the next 12 to 18 months.
