Fly tipper's van crushed

A van twice used to dump waste illegally in County Durham has been crushed.
Magistrates in Newton Aycliffe approved our application to retain the seized Ford Transit and we decided to crush it to prevent it from being used for flytipping again, and to serve as a deterrent to would-be flytippers.
