Just want to let you know that this instruction is excellent. I've purchased the software and I'm doing an immersion of your videos before even opening the package. I understand CAD software from my days in the Air Force and this makes so much sense. I'm just learning the buttons, settings, and layouts. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this. Especially now with Covid and nobody can go anywhere. I do tutorials on my channel so I understand how difficult it can be to teach/edit and just wanted you to know your method of instruction is so clear. Thank you!

Hi Becky!! I have had EQ for years. I had 7 now 8 plus EQ Stitch. But I actually just found you on RUclips a few months ago when I finally delved into the embroidery side of my machine and I love watching you. You do a tremendous job when you are teaching us something via video!!

Is there a way to do disappearing blocks? I purchased EQ8 thinking I could do this. I want to create a block and and separate it into 4th or 9th.

Hi Andrae! You can try using the Grid tool to separate the blocks support.electricquilt.com/articles/easydraw-grid-tool/ If that's not what you had in mind, or if you have any other questions just email techsupport@electricquilt.com and they'll be happy to help!

Is there a way to write in the block like 12 x 14. I want to design custom T-shirt quilts

Hi Wanda. The only way to write on the block is on the Quilt Worktable on Layer 2. So I recommend setting your blocks on Layer 1, then go to Layer 2 and use the Text tool to add your notes. You can find more information about the Text tool here: support.electricquilt.com/articles/setting-applique-text-onto-a-quilt/
