I’m also on 21 day without sugar challenge and today’s my 11th day. And trust me I never felt muchhhhhh better than I’m feeling now a days. Feeling so lightttt🌸

Ahmed Faraz Palijo I also focused on healthy eating in addition to having no sugar and Alhamdulilah i’ve got very good results. I’ve lost 12 kgs in these 21 days.🙂

Alhumdolillah I've reduced 31 kgs in 9 months including breaks. I run around 12 kms with light exercise, 4 - 5 days a week. I don't eat sugar and oil at all. Very happy, healthy and energetic... playing with my kids with the same "young boy energy" Alhumdolillah..
