I made a complaint on railway helpline, and in 30 mins the issue resolved and now what happens they need otp to close the complaint and if you are not satisfied you simply won't give otp. That's how indian railways is changing and we should appreciate it
Yaa but there should not be a problem at the first place naa, that is the issue. Government is doing the work at it's best but the staff is the problem. I think there is need of strict action against these staff members. Problem should not occur at the first place. How many times we will complaint and then the problem will be solved? And how will someone solve a problem if they doesn't know about this facility. Or foreigners who are travelling in Indian trains.... They will take back the bad image.
@@hmnshux reality is no one want to work in this country because of that socialist approach of government. But now they just give tender to private players and believe me it's a game changer and they put cut out of posters outside every washroom - how to made complaint.
India is now more than 1.4 billion people we cannot expect that things change in an instant, it will take time but surely things will change
same with electricity department. I lodge a complaint on their helpline, and they are available within 10 mins to solve it. Don't ever charge a single penny, just do the work and leave.
I was traveling in 2AC from Hwh to Jaipur and the the toilet was filthy. i asked the attendants numerous times to clean it but they just said, 'yes sir yes sir' but never cleaned it
i went to the rail help line, clicked 2 pictures and filed an online complaint. Within 5 mins the attendant with cleaners came and cleaned the toilets, asked me to mark the complaint resolved on the app and i also got a call from the dept if my problem was solved

At least your train came. Mine arrived 6hrs late and reached destination 4hrs late. And the boarding station had no waiting room. Reality is trains in India are slow and unclean.

you should go to Udaipur once and see the swords, each sword is 1.79 kg each.. This does not in any way lessen Maharana's valour, he didnt need to have weighted swords in the battefield. You know there are proofs of research found where metallurgists and blacksmiths were trying to find how to decrease the weight of the sword, the lighter the sword the easy it is to handle, the longer the warrior can wield it without getting tired. The reason behind all these myths is that these warriors have done tasks so great, so impossible for the normal person, that you cannot believe how a normal person like us can do such things, such was their greatness, only when you say he used to carry 25 kg swords and such, only then people would like yeah he was superpowerful that is why he could do it and hide behind their own incompetence, all of the great warriors of old, we people like us. Maharana may be using some 25 kg mudgal for exercise, that may be possible, but not a sword

I was coming back from Udhampur to Delhi and the toilets were filthy. I tweeted about it and within 10 mins we got a call back from them and immediate action was taken. Even the attendant and cleaners told us to check and confirm. That's how efficient the railway ministry is, but yes it's the staff who's lazy and have a laid back attitude. And btw I have only 100-200 followers on Twitter and still my complaint was taken very seriously. That's new India. Jai Hind!

13:09 I'm from Sarai Rohilla and it's bad as you guys are portraying it to be. The railway station just recently started getting trains(since 7-8 years), it used to be an inactive station before,. that's the reason you see these issues.
The residential area is 1-1.5km away from the station and is a good society to live in.

Ticket less? they pay fine means double ticket price. If they can pay double prize they can pay normal ticket price but the problem is Sleeper class decreasing and AC is increasing causing problems to poor people.
General coach are so much less.
Actually most of them travel with whole family and may be it's not easy for them to buy tickets for everyone, so they try to manage somehow.
I've traveled with them so I've seen it very closely.
I think general and sleeper coaches should be added more.
