Hi Naveen We need to make sure that the penalty is less then base fare if it is more then base fare then the ticket is non refundable automatically... However if the penalty is less then base fare then we can subtract it from total fare...
Yes you are right in this ... That's a conceptual mistake we did .. it should be deducted from penalty and base fare should be more then penalty otherwise ticket becomes non refundable
