I loved seeing this at Miku Expo 2016! I cheered very loudly for Meiko. She's just so gorgeous and absolutely stunning! Her scarlet dress suits her perfectly. Her voice first captured my attention and from there she became my favorite Vocaloid. I really hope to see her live again soon and that she will perform Nostalgic! Go Meiko!

I think the issue is that her torso and arms are so much more thin when proportioned with her legs. If she were a bit bulkier up there then it'd probably look more correct, but that's probably not what they wanted stylistically. Alternatively, Meiko never skips leg day :)
They probably are testing the waters, but too be honest the concert in LA is better than this one, this looks like a mess due to the glowsticks that reflect and it's seems like the lighting is off here i mean it doesn't look brighther than the rest of the other concerts.
You know what coming back it makes sense that they've used multiple model in China because China never had a MikuExpo or any Miku concert at all so they want the attendees to watch the different models in this expo specifically. It's different than seeing the models in person.
