Optimize pc and not just the most basic stuff like perdormance mode in game. I sugest whaching tutorials from people like Khorve tech and Flame. 7800x3d can get 1000 fps in creative and even more

i had accidentally set my gpu fan speeds to 85c, the 5800x3d cant be overclocked

Switch your processor and dont get prebuilts anymore i would reccomend a ryzen 5 5600x for a stable 200
