For some reason, this makes the pony models look so, SO much better. It helps to eliminate the whole uncanny valley that tends to happen with 3D ponies sometimes.
this looks really good, personally I think this is the best look for them, though there is only one issue I have, the eyes look a little out of place compared to the character model, if there were character models made to be cel shaded like this and had the eyes match up with it then it would be golden
The overall movements look good, but the eyes seem a little too twitchy imo. Also, I wouldn't know but is there any way to make their outlines not black?
The animation looks just amazing. *-* But sadly, as far as I know, IK-rigs couldn't be done for the pony-models because they have too many bones in thier legs or something like that. Nahka (the person who "updates" the pony-models at the moment) said something like that one time. (I already tried to make IK-rigs myself, but they are... pretty broken, and don't look good.)

I’m a fan of 2d animation but don’t I’m good enough to do it myself Yet I don’t wanna do 3d computer animation because everyone’s doing it and I think 3d is killing 2d (even though they’re just art styles and shouldn’t be competing at all) but this seems like a fair enough compromise A 3d character without the 3d details Some purists may cry foul but I’m open to it Heck I think this could be crazy easy to render because there’s no crazy details for the computer to chew through But then again I’m not a 3d animator so what do I know

I like the animation. They feels alive.
I think IK-rigs just takes many time. Nothing is impossible but maybe it's too timestealing...
Now all we need is to have the models look like perfect vectors from the show! XD

Oh wait, I know. 3D ponies are just wrong shaped. Eye shape for example.
Where did you get the sounds from and how did you sync them together with the animation so perfectly?
You know, all cartoon characters look weird in 3D, even cell shading doesn't help much.
