So happy you reacted to QWER!
They were formed by a huge fitness youtuber/influencer because he was obsessed with the animes Bocchi the Rock, Oshi no Ko, and K-On! and wanted to form a band.
The fact that Hina and Magenta only picked up their instruments months before they even debuted is what got me interested because you can really see their progression getting better every performance.
Siyeon had so many struggles leading to her debut in QWER so I'm so glad that she found her calling in this band.
I hope you give them another chance and check out Ferris Wheel and their latest hit T.B.H.!
It's honestly so refreshing to have an Idol girl group who actually play their instruments.

QWER simply stands for the skill hotkeys in League of Legends (the game). They we're recruited by the CEO one at a time. 1st recruited is Q, 2nd is W, and so on. Their fandom name is "Rift Scutler" which directly comes from the name of a certain mob in the game too (LoL). The fanfest they performed at is at LoL Worlds 2023 (yearly esports league). Yes, they do not produce their own music. Someone else is. QWER members are technically noobs in playing instruments (except Chodan, who majored in drums). Hina is skilled in Keyboard but not on guitar. They're still learning a lot from technicalities, even good postures when playing and stage presence. I forgot how many but they only started learning playing their respective instruments 6-8 mos. ago. As someone who plays, that is pretty short.
As for other contents, there's a lot in their main yt channel. It consists of their story, on how they we're recruited and trained up to their debut. It's fun to watch actually. It's pure comedy.
