I feel the same. I know that I am probably just overthinking but I can't help it. When I was a kid my very strict fundamentalist church was mixed on opinions about how “bad” tattoos are, varying from a sin to some thinking it’s body mutilation, but those who didn’t believe that would just say “I don’t like them”

Im doing ok, but just at some times. He would come to my house just to escape that shit hole, my parents consider him as their own son. But with this quarantine, he is forced to stay with them... I know that everyday is so hard and exhausting for him... But on the day of my birthday, we texted as usual, then suddenly he blew up on me saying that I'm so "lucky" to have parents that wants you and a house that welcomes you, and he continued to drag me. And me being stupid, I made an argument, the argument escalated to a full on fight on the phone... I said some REALLY horrible things, that he never thought will come from me. I should've been a better friend and comforted him, but instead I took it personally... I'm so sorry. I'm so so so sorry... I know that you had an argument with your parent, but I left you on your most vulnerable moments... I know that you won't see this but please forgive me...
You may not be able to fully heal your relationship with him but you need to tell him you're sorry whether you want to or not. The apology is for him, not yourself. It's not about whether you become friends again. It's not about whether he trusts you again. It's about him healing. You need to make an effort to be better and you need to learn how to be patient. I didn't start Sporting because i wanted to look better, no i started Rowing because i tried it and liked it, then i started training more and more and then started Rowing Continental races. I wouldve never made it that far if I did it just to look better of someone told me to, bit because i loved it. (Oh yeah and i had a crush on a girl from the race Rowing group. That helped me to decide wheter i would train 10 Times a week😉) but whatever You do, do it because You are motivated to do it and not because you were told to by either people around You OR someone om the internet telling do this to look good. If You are not motivated for something, look for motivation. Look for something to live for, And if You are sirieus about ending your life for any reason go see a therapist of someone in a close circle like a friend or a family member....

I guess my secret is... I'm always so scared of judgement. If I have a certain idea I never try to tell people it or suggest it. I guess this is since in the past everyone has thought my ideas are horrible. So now, I'm scared I do something wrong, and I'll be judged. So I never truly be myself.
