I've had read/watched some videos about this Sensitivit/Specificity... But so far this is the BEST one... shorter and easiest to remember. I really admire and appreciate you Dr. Welch by sharing your knowledge. A BIG THANKS!😀👍
At 5:58 - by keeping the concepts rather than the formulae in mind, you can still get the numerators and denominators correct if someone switches around the headings on the 2x2 table (i.e, puts disease status on the side instead of on the top). Memorizing the A's and B's etc. makes it more difficult, but to each their own. Thanks for this video !!
I heard few lectures on same topic but none for my satisfaction. but in this video,I understood clearly in a sensible manner without a need to memorize it for exams. Thank you sir! Hats off to you!!!
Well what seems so simple can become complicated. This video was by far the most useful and as a visual learner I really appreciate you doing this. I found it really helpful. Thank you : )
nice, simple, clear and paced well enough to absorb one thing before moving onto the other.

Have known sensitivity and specificity for some years, but this explanation is certainly most lucid and easy to understand. Kudos, Dr. Welch!
thanks for going slowly. giving pauses to allow us to absorb what you have offered. and for reviewing. nicely done!
