    I started doing pilates with weight + some cardio and eat meat based breakfasts and I feel so much better! For the most part due to you❤ And it's easier to loose weight

    How much weight is that? I cant tell by looking and also Im new to actually "getting fit" instead of just watching people get fit lol these shorts are very appreciated thank you for the content you put out ❤
