Fs17 was by far my favorite of all time, that was the game I played on the ol xbox one when Covid hit I think I played fs19 until I got bored of it then I’d go back to 17 and relive all the memories
i watched The Squad for years i watched his fs15-fs17-fs19 videos and i finally got farming sim in fs19 after watching it a ton and now i got fs22 and preordered fs25 and im not planning on stopping anytime soon! i love the game and still watch the sqaud and bunch of the other youtubers. im excited for the future of farming simulator!
i started with fs18, i did not have a console or computer at the time. then in 2020 i got fs19 and played it for 2 years until i got 22. i got 17 last year to see what it was like back then. i have to say fs22 is my favorite because of all the mods and maps out there for that game.
This brings back some good memories because I started on Fs15 then went to 19 and now 22 but no 25😭. I think the best game is always the newest game that they make.
FS15 is a classic, i rember one time my dad rented this game for me on my xbox, i dont rember what order i got it on pc but i know i had it on pc, i used to download mods and have so much fun just driving around and watching videos.
I've discovered this game by an advertisment of a tractor selling magazine in my family's farm, then bought it few months after and I was very excited when the arrival. Played it and fell in love at the instant. Then fs 17 went out and same. This game as brought me too much joy to remember
I used to play 19 with my brother downstairs in his room. Then when I got older, I got 19 upstairs so I could play bring back some good old memories though
I really got into farming sim in 2015 and it really was a nostalgic era for me the joy I had playing on an old Xbox 360 and I would have to say 2015 due to the nostalgia was my absolute favorite game out of them all and this might be shocking I still play it on ps4 and I still love it

Started on FS14 on my phone at first, grew away from it, started playing FS17 on the NINTENDO SWITCH so having a mod was not a thing untill I got a PC and FS19 and now I play all the time
I remember playing FS 15 and I had a super mod. That mod would add a whole new level to working on fields. You needed to watch on the moisture level of every field. During the grow stages you needed enough moisture in the ground, but during harvest too much moisture could damage your yield. You also needed to add the correct liquid fertilizer and use the correct herbicide. Also there was a change that seeds didn't grow on patches. Sadly that mod was never converted to the later games. I do hope in fs25 a light version of this will be implemented.

Fs15 was my intro to farm sim, one day my buddy from the firehouse was like hey come check out this new game I got and I spent hours watching the most ghetto person you can imagine just playing fs15. When I got it I mostly remember everything falling of trailers and bails rolling everywhere to the point youll make bales and log back on days later hit ditch going to fast and fly and roll next to a random bale.
How i found about FS: Literally found mod pics on the internet and i knew i had to play this awesome game, just needed to fing the name of it... Had some struggles, because my PC wasn't strong enough to run the game, but at the end i managed to do it. Started with FS09, basegame map, basegame vehicles, didn;t know how to install mods. It was my most profitable farm ever. The yard was full with machines and i still had like 4-5 million dollars, it was a nice one, then played FS11 a bit (with mods this time) and then FS13 came and it was another amazing journey, probably the best games of them all for its time. For the modding - started in FS19 with simple wheels swaps and such...
It's a hard one since I'm unfortunately old enough to remember fs08, the upgrade from there to 09 was enourmous, 2011 was the one i played the most, but 13 was also an enormous upgrade..... It's like picking a favorite child

My FS journey started way back on FS2012 on the iPad, which both my dad and I would play, then after FS14 I made the jump to the main series when I discovered FS2013 was a thing on PC. 15, however I jumped on thanks to my Dad's then 16 year old workman who had a PS3 set up to play FS15 on weekends and stuff. Brayden was a cool guy, and if it weren't for him I wouldn't have gotten a PS4 for Christmas to play FS15, and then got 17 the following year. After about a year playing FS17 v1.0.0 I got interested in looking up FS videos on RUclips whuch is where I discovered you could mod the game, in 2018 I saved up the money to buy FS17 platinum edition for PC, and the rest as they say is history. If it weren't for Farm sim, I don't think I'd have as big a passion for agriculture as I do now.

If memory serves me correct you couldn't hire ingame workers to do grass work just courseplay i think. This game also had what was called soil mod and it was integrated into the maps and you could select what fertilizer you wanted to spread what chemical you needed for various crops basically soil mod was a more enhanced version of precision farming in some ways!

buch should do a video on demolition company (Giants Software, 2011) whole game takes about 5-6 hours to fully complete but after level 7 its basically do whatever you want with heavy equipment and explosives simulator

Fs 13 was great when i first got it on the xbox 360 as my first fs game i recently got it on pc and its still great in 2024
