The only facts we have is that:
Xiao: the oldest one, born even before the archon war under the orders of a cruel god
Albedo: created LESS THAN 500 years ago as he claims he wasn't born at the time of the cataclysm. Remember gold is probably still alive so it's possibly true that albedo really is the same age as sucrose like he says in his voicelines. But maybe that refers to physical appearance, but we also don't know if albedo can age.
Scaramouche: a byproduct of the raiden Shogun. Created 500 years ago as a response to makoto's death to secure eternity. He however was too fragile too house a gnosis but ei felt mercy and decided to let him live. He is older than the mortal Childe but signora also lived 500 years ago before and during the cataclysm (I think if I remembered right) so she is still older. Signora>scaramouche>Childe.
