If you have a team, the tent can be setup in about 2 hrs from start to beginning. Make sure you have all strong anchors and rope to secure the tent down. Most of our time we spent on anchoring and securing the tent. It’s a large tent and not the strongest. Wind breeze will move and eventually take down your tent. Having all the poles anchor down will make the tent stronger and withstand wind. Hope this helps and thx for watching.
The party ten comes with a assembly manual (1 piece of paper). Which shows the frame for each # to assemble. Also the frame are pre # with stickers on them. The pre # stickers are easily peeled off and loss. Reason why I # the each frame just in case the assembly manual and pre # stickers get lost or comes off. Which will make assembly next time very difficult.
Used it for 2 graduation and several parties. Held up well, as long as anchored properly. If not anchored properly the wind will bend pipes. Hop this answer your question.

The tent does come with step by step how to setup a the tent. Easy to setup, recommend having several people to help setup.🎪
