After watching almost every episode, I think I have got the gist:
When a driver gets on the sidewalk and confronted, he tries to argue that this is not a sidewalk because there is no sign of it. When he is reminded that sidewalks do not require any sign (Article 9.9 of the Traffic Code I presume), he then turns his/her attention to person who is recording and asks if he/she got any permission to film him/her. Than a two-minute discussion ensues about whether it is legal to record people in public. Then the driver starts recording the pedestrians and begins threatening them with a lawsuit even though he/she has no legal footing. Then they act as if they know people in high places and demand IDs from the pedestrians, knowing full well they don't have to provide any. Then they try to scratch the sticker off of their windshield with their fingernails and making a big mess during the process, even by now we all know that all you need is some water and scraper. Before leaving, they start asking the pedestrians to find something better to do or tell them to have a job.
I must have seen this same sequence of events take place a hundred times yet, sill, I can't get enough of it! It is wonderful to see entitled drivers taken down a peg. Keep up the good work people! All the best and love from Turkey.

well in their drivers test they should have learned that you can't enter a sidewalk via a crosswalk....
I mean these people drive on pedestrian crossings and ignore 'parking' signs that direct them to the nearest actual parking because it's 60 seconds walk away. Signs don't work on morons unfortunately
