Physics are the same, they're based on the game engine, that's not what the mod does. The mod adds a lot of car models that have less polygons and simplified interiors in order for you to be able to spawn more cars and increase fps.
Hey there! SimpleNG offers a more arcadey experience by providing completely indestructible cars, much to the contrary of what vanilla BeamNG is all about, however the driving physics remain with the same level of simulation, with the exception of the tire physics, for which we have our own modified tire model that we greatly prefer over what vanilla BeamNG offers The net result of all this being much greater game performance, particularly with AI traffic & multiplayer, also much lower required development time All while still offering the best of what BeamNG's driving physics have to offer, by simply sacrificing the destructive elements
There are none, our cars are invincible to any damage and do not deform like standard BeamNG cars This mods focus is on the driving and optimization, rather than destruction
Ah yes, time to remove the only feature that distinguishes BeamNG from other sims Like bro, at this point you'd be better off just installing Assetto Corsa, it has much better driving physics, and you can even make it look life-like with mods
@@matikos21 Assetto suspension physics suck, and BeamNG is a much better game for open world driving, BeamNG also supports customization, has a career mode, superior offroad driving physics, better AI traffic support, police chases, there are so many things that AC simply does not offer us We chose the right game for this as far as we're concerned, if you don't like it, that's alright, it's not for everyone, but likewise not everyone plays BeamNG for crashing in to everything either Besides there's not exactly a shortage of other mods that do offer more destruction for those looking for it...
Most people who play beam regularly, including me, appreciate the soft body vehicle damage. Its amazing and no other game offers it to the degree beam does, but the main thing we play beam for is the driving. Sure its nice to fuck up a corner and really see and feel the consequences but its not integral to how a lot of us play the game, and in some rare situations, it can be an inconvenience. You don't have to install the mod, its a mod, thats the whole point. If its not for you then don't install it and you also don't have to hate on it just because it doesn't suit you.
shiny really went from making silly automation cars to making genuinely good mods

The devs noted that these cars will not feature an interior.
This is really cool. In what ways does SimpleNG simplify the physics?

Impressive. Very nice. Let's see the collisions.

Will you allow other mod devs to take your cars and use them to make proper mesh and J-beam for them?
We certainly can't stop people from doing so if they wish!
If you do an NA Miata mod of this quality I will be eternally grateful
Can you make a Alfa Romeo spider like the old old one facelift and pre facelift

Were you like this when the derbymutt concepts were still a thing?
Assetto's alright, but BeamNG has better support for just about everything, you know?
