Jamiroquai-Unreleased Samples of 1998(Simphonized)

- Symphonized, which was a project dropped and scrapped after a disgruntled Stuart Zender left the band, accusing Kay of hardly ever crediting the actual songwriters of Jamiroquai songs, and unfairly splitting the band's royalties, among other reasons. Symphonized was the predecessor of the Synkronized project, which had a good reception among both fans and critics, and had also reached a high number of sales that however, did not exceed the success of Travelling, but were enough to level Jason's debts towards his label.

I want to hear Midnight Funk SOOOOOO freaking badly. I know it exists somewhere. Please unearth it Jay/Zender/Someone! Do it for the fans.
God damn shame the one at 0:44 never got released. That hook is butter.
damn, that beat at :46 just sounds perfect. Wish i could hear the whole thing! 1:00 reminds me of somethign from MJ's Off The Wall album, one of my all time favs! 1:16 is just so smooth and funky... I believe they've played this live before... damn I love Jamiroquai, so under rated.
The two actual samples from the original sessions are BADASS! You have to have a staggering degree of arrogance and bitterness to NOT release those tunes because of a GRUDGE! Jay, sort it out man! Where's your soul gone?
I think he didn't release it for fear of copyright disputes with Zender, since he played/wrote the bassline?
I love the scatting
lemme just complete boozygrogy's comment :
0:00 GGFHZ - You Make Me Feel
/watch?v=mxm6XKJoHSw
0:34 & 0:44 - Jamiroquai - Midnight Funk
/watch?v=crPdaN7pBtg (Kabas extended/completed the song)
0:58 - GGFHZ - Fender Rhodes Piano Minimoog Funk Disco Song
/watch?v=9gQxzmrv_qw
1:13 is Jamiroquai - Space Clav
/watch?v=242mntEK3SQ
is it still possible to find number 1?
@@IDesertt ruclips.net/video/pvRj2Ojw5JI/видео.html
So the 0:58 part is not Jamiroquai?
The track 2 and 3 are the only ones from Symphonized. You can search it on youtube it's called :"Jamiroquai Jay Kay 1999 - Jay On MTV - Past Winners (Part 02)" and part 01 is Midnight Funk.
Stuart declared with Twitter that the song name of Canned Heat was originally Synchronized. So the original title of the album seems also Synchronized, not Symphonized.
Also, when Stuart seeked Jamiroquai's credits and royalty and left the band, he said " I know there are opportunities out there for me, where I will be recognised for my musical capabilities."
And then there were the songs he wrote and produced apart from the band.

His songwriting capabilities.....
He must had depended on JK or Toby's talent...Isn't right?
His songwriting capabilities are indeed quite good

@@niktusacid It's Don-E's
First one sounds like their Phoenix festival performance of Too Young to Die
These samples are "kick ass". Acid Jazz🎶 lives in the à la Jamiroquai essence 👌🏽 💎♾️❤️
thanks for the info I look forward to their new album...I also think the old band members put alot of good vibes in the first albums and I miss the didgeredoo sounds too...
I found this track on youtube and its also got a similar sound,
Groove Collective - It's All In Your Mind - Dance With You (2001)
nice to know some people agree, i think after synkronized jkay did the other albums mostly under his influence but the old jamiroquai had the whole band putting all of their input and passion into the songs.
have you heard if a new album is comming out?
The first one is absolutely fabulous-
[1] - JMQ: Too young to die (where to find this version???) [2] - JMQ: Unknown tune from Simphonized [3] - JMQ: Midnight Funk from Simphonized [4] - A song from a dude called GGFHZ from youtube [5] - JMQ: Space Clav (B side from some ROTSC albums)
Glad someone else spotted GGFHZ 👌🏻
this stuff is totally awesome
DAMN 1st track kicks ass
this previous version with stuart's basslines sounded way more jamiroquai than the actual synchronized
Good stuff.
Do someone know what unreleased sample is the first one, that is playing at [0:00-0:33]
It sounds very close to him, but I think that this is not Jamiroquai, nor the bass from Stuart Zender or the keyboard from Toby Smith or from the other Jamiroquai members. Some say that it's a Too Young To Die (TYTD) demo, or
a live performance at Phoenix in 1997, or that the first track sounds like Michael McDonald's "I Keep Forgetting", while others say that the first one is a fake, and are claiming, that it's a track like the 4th track that is coming from as he now calls on himself Beach Boy a GGHFZ's Track "You Make Me Feel" that he/she created from a Too Young To Die demo, on the High Times (Jamirotalk).
So all in all this is a very confusing conflict situation, that makes me only more confusing than happy. So please tell me and let me know, if you know what it is!!! 🙂
the first song is too young to die :o
the last track sounds like Deeper Underground. Where did you get these tracks??!?!? where are the full recordings?!?!? I need them. especially the first and second songs. they are genius and it would be a shame to lose them forever.
I agree with CliffCreative. The first track does sound kinda like Michael McDonald "I Keep Forgetting", but also like Jamiroquai's "Too young to die".
que sonido tan agradable proveniente del universo
the third sound i have listened before on videowith jay kay... and is the best one
The first song is a strumental version of too young to die
That story the original album title was symphonized is just a rumor of fans. Zender tweeted that the original title of the title tune Canned Heat was Synchronized. It is highly likely that the original album title was also Synkronized.
el primer tema es MAGISTRAL!!! awesome!!!!
it is sad as i have got other acid jazz cd,s from other bands and they dont match up to the old jamiroquai. i still am amazed at the quality of the first album it is has sauch a variety of instruments and lyrics.
do you know any info on the next album???
Some of these sound really good! So this is all that exists of these?
Isnt that last track done live with lyrics, I keep forgetting the name of it and I shouldnt because its one of my favorites.
Track 3 is just so catchy.
yeah but I wasn't refering to space clav, but the first song that you said it is the demo of too young to die, where I can find or hear it? thanks.
Hola Naza!!
he still had debts after travelling without moving?
wtf?
I guess he liked to spend too much money on cars and stuff.
Hey, the song that starts at 0:58 is from GGFHZ, right? Well, I checked his channel and it's not there. Maybe he deleted it from his account. Does anyone know for sure if it's his?
It would be great if this was somehow released
i wish Symphonized would have come out
Wow, I can only imagine what the album would have sounded like. Such a shame Zender left, the band were never the same. And by the sounds of these, Symphonized would have been far better than the average Syncronized.
TRACK 1 IS A FAKE!!! , 2 REAL, 3 REAL, 4 FAKE! 5 SPACE CLAV
yeah like we were going to believe the first one haha...
Track 4 is a rendition of Scam. By whom I do not know.
@@perfectlyslicedegg3348 I think the fourth song is made by GGFHZ, or as he now calls himself Beach Boy. He has a whole channel filled with really awesome unfinished songs.
Anyone have any idea of what 0:58 is from? I have no clue at all.
you must write ''fender rhodes piano minimoog funk disco song''
ernesto bustos bustos Sweet, thanks - no idea why it's in a (supposedly) Jamiroquai sample collection video, then. The video's off on many points already, but yeah.
this is so great, is there anything else from the project out there?? Just this??
Me dio bastante bronca Jay Kay...
The last song is called Space Clav. Look it up.
el primer track suena como la base de bajo de all good in the hood del albumm rock dust light star
Only 2 and 3 are real demos.
Track 1 and 4 seems to be played by a student in His bedroom tbh. Track 5 is Space Clav (a studio track)
I hear some Space Clav in the end :3 Looooove these samples ♥
Hear it too!
Why... WHY!!!!!! RELEASE THE ALBUM!!!
3rd one sounds a lot like travelling without moving, and the last like When you gonna learn.
@TheToeProject the last tune is space clav which was released as the b-side to half the man single, and one they have been playing for years. This clip is bullshit - and deff not what they were working on which got scrapped when zender left
hope the new album sounds like this instead of jkays last two pop albums.
bring back jamiroquai with unique acid jazz sounds.
The first song is Too Young To Die, the demo version.
does anyone know which is the name of the second track?
@maartiniboy2 GGFHZ (or High Times on Jamirotalk) made "You Make me Feel" from a Too Young to die demo ;)
I really like first and third ones! please tell me where I can find them!
Tell us!
@@viggo4406 13 years later!
@@AlessioArca woah!! Didn’t even realize that. Thats nuts.
yeah like interplanetary good vibe zone
Actually last track being played was infact Space Clav...good song when they did it with lyrics.
THAT ALBUM Symphonized WAS FAILED
@sockpoppy really? do you have it? it's so great!
yeah share them with me also please please it be my summer christmas present
haha, how are they gonna release these songs...i wish they would but i can only imagine the number of meetings of trying to figure out how they will split the money and such...haha, after reading the info about this sample
será que me podés enviar estos tracks enteros a mi correo? POR FAVOR? bueno, como podrás comprender, la desesperacion de muchos como yo que amamos a esta inccreíble banda! sé que podés entender eso.
Actually you know what. I said that a long time ago when i didnt know what i was talking about. Lol I only said it was the demo version cuz it sounded like Too Young To Die but this whole album is a dropped project that was made long after Too Young To Die. So how could it be the demo version?? lol sorry fer the confusion. Mah baaad.
i've just found out that two songs are of ggfhz who is an amazing composer but is definitely not toby smith or whoever else from Jamiroquai, so the question is why did you think they were Symphonized demos?
Kann mir evnt. Jemand diese Lieder senden wer sie komplett hat? Ich kann euch auch einige Sachen senden wer will.
Sistema Binario grs.
3, the one with Jay Kay scatting is a real track, its live from '95, i've watched it on here. but i can't fucking remember what it's from :@
Can someone list all these songs pls? Thanks so much in advance!!
Styn Oonk 10 years passed away xDDD
Where did you find this? is there any more?
i know what you mean their old stuff was so unique & u never get bored of the old stuff & their songs were made perfectly & had no time limit to them
i was such a big fan that i bought alot of old singles that had bonus tracks so i could compile a "new" album lol
the new stuff is a scam & im sick of pretending to like the new corny pop jakay
hope new album wil b acid jazz like their old stuf & have original lyrics instead of songs about booty that every artist has done a billion times b4
Yeah live version is great. Quality for most of the versions are okay. but love the song.
Search on youtube man. lol
Space clav live but look at the high quality version tho.
The first song is just "too young to die" tho. also the song at :52 just sounds like emergency on planet earth
which song is in the 1:00?????
I heard sum good stuff in there!!!! no/vocals though.
too yung too die
everyone... and in my opinion, hearing these pieces I believe it would have been better than Synkronized
I think 1:16 is space clav
A couple of them aren't Stuarts playing...
Yea. It's Space Clav. I LOVE the live version!!!
Simphonized does have Stu on there. Synkronized doesn't.
As far as official info is handled, that's right, 1 and 4 are not Jamiroquai songs
D
@FreakazoidsAsteroids god i hope you're right... i'd pay 10 albums worth for it
Stuart Zender had to leave because his Fiance (Melaine Blatt from All Saints) was pregnant, and she gave birth to their daughter the same year.
the biggest biggest culprit all time was Jay Kay leave stuart zender face of few friends
he wanted more protagonism, jay ray did not accept and stuart zender left
but he completely let go of reason
Fake..there's space clav also..
1 and 4 deff aint Zender...They are fake tracks
elevator music...
